Mission Trips
The Mavuno Project is passionate about spreading the gospel along with Human Trafficking Awareness. We do this by formulating panel discussions, seminars and teachings that are directed to the country in which we are serving. We also provide basic needs to the local community. Since 2017, doors have opened to Honduras, El Salvador and Haiti. Our vison is to reach those who are the most vulnerable and disenfranchised. Our Impact
– 20 children and youth have accepted Jesus through the ministry of The Mavuno Project.
– 100 kids have received prayer for Restoration and healing.
– Sponsored a child for a full year in 2019.
– Contributed to funding hygiene products, pajamas and undergarments in El Salvador
– Donated 300 pairs of shoes to our mission in Honduras.
– Conducted 2 Medical Brigades
– During Hurricane Irma, we sponsored the organization DIOS VINO A VERTE ( Elementary school, 5 soccer teams, feeding programs, Saturday children’s church service, moms project and missionaries) for 2 months.
– Built a wall of protection around the elementary school for the safety of the children.
– In 2019 during COVID-19 we have been able to raise funds to feed 100 families in Honduras for 3 weeks.
– In Haiti we provided undergarments to the girls at the orphanage.
